We take your privacy seriously and only collect the minimum information required to deliver our learning tools. We do not sell your personal data.

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically while you use the platform:

• Account information: your full name and email address, which we require to create and manage your account.
• Authentication data: verification codes (OTP) sent to your email, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google profile name and email address.
• Subscription information: your selected plan (Free, Pro, or Ultimate), plan start/expiry dates, and usage counters.
• Content you submit: text prompts, topics, syllabus outlines, study sessions, and files (PDF, DOCX, or images) you upload for conversion, notes, or exam prediction.
• Payment data: when you upgrade your plan, the financial transaction is processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Technical data: basic diagnostic information such as server logs and errors, and the cookies used to keep you signed in.

• To create and manage your account and maintain a secure sign-in session.
• To operate our study features — AI chat, Magic Notes, AI MCQs, the Last Minutes exam predictor, focus tracking, and the PDF converter tools.
• To generate responses, notes, questions, and exam suggestions based on the content you submit.
• To process subscriptions with Razorpay and manage your plan entitlements and usage limits.
• To provide product support, respond to requests, and improve reliability.
• To protect the security of the platform and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

Our study tools are powered by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini and Groq) through our own integration layer. When you use AI chat, Magic Notes, the MCQ generator, or the Last Minutes exam predictor, your prompts and uploaded content may be transmitted to these providers to generate results.

Content you send to our AI services is used solely to fulfill your request (for example, generating notes or predicting exam questions). It may be temporarily processed by the AI provider. We recommend not uploading sensitive, personal, or confidential information to our AI tools. Where possible, PDFs are processed to reduce the data shared with external services.

You can create an account and sign in using your email and a verification code (OTP), or by using your Google account. When you sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Google via our Firebase configuration, and we receive your name and email address to create your Nexora AI account. These identifiers are used only to recognize you on our platform and are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Paid plans are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. When you upgrade to a paid plan, the transaction (including the order ID, payment ID, and signature for verification) is handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We never store your card number, CVV, or payment instrument details. After successful payment verification, we update only your in-app plan and its usage limits.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) in transit, the secure storage of credentials, and OTP-based verification. Access to your account is protected by the session tokens we issue on login. While we work hard to safeguard your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We rely on the following third-party service providers:

• Firebase (Google): authentication (including Google Sign-In).
• Google Gemini & Groq: AI generation for chat, notes, and exam prediction features.
• Razorpay: payment processing for subscriptions.
• MongoDB & hosting providers: storage of application data and delivery of the website.

These providers may process your data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

• Access: view the profile and data associated with your account.
• Correct: update your account information and profile details.
• Delete: request deletion of your personal data from our systems, subject to applicable legal and security obligations.
• Erase sessions/content: you can sign out, start new sessions, and delete saved histories or generated reports through the app.
